The ones that cost me were never on my calendar. The two minutes after stand-up. Someone catching me in a corridor with a favour. The client debrief in the car on the way back. Nobody takes minutes in those, because nobody scheduled them.
No bot can join a conversation that has no link. My phone was already on the table, so I made the phone do it: press record, talk it out while it's fresh, and read the follow-ups instead of trying to remember them.
