Tap the microphone button on the home screen, speak, then tap stop and "Save & Organize." ActionNote transcribes your recording and turns it into a summary, key points, and tasks.
Many — ActionNote detects the language you speak (Arabic, English, and more) and organizes your note in that language automatically, including two mixed in the same sentence.
Unlimited notes, "Ask Your Notes" (chat across everything you've captured), iCloud backup, and export. The free plan includes up to 5 notes per month.
Open the upgrade screen and tap Restore. If you subscribed with the same Apple ID, your Pro access is restored.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: on your iPhone open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → ActionNote, then cancel. You'll keep Pro until the end of the current period.
Your notes are stored on your device and, if enabled, your personal iCloud — never in a database of ours. To transcribe a recording, your audio is sent securely to our AI (Google Gemini) and isn't kept afterward. See the Privacy Policy.
Go to Settings → Backup. iCloud backup keeps your notes safe across devices; you can also optionally include audio. Use "Restore from iCloud" on a new device.
Go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and removes your notes from this device and your iCloud.
Not as one long session yet. Long recordings with the note building while you record are Meeting Mode, in build for 2.0 — not in the app today. Recording does survive a locked screen and app switching.
